Delete your account

You can delete your PodMate account and everything saved with it at any time, in the app or by email.

In the app

Open PodMate and go to Settings (the cog, bottom right).
Under Account, tap Delete account (top right of the box).
Type the word shown (DELETE, LÖSCHEN, SUPPRIMER or ELIMINA) and confirm.

By email

Can't open the app any more? Write to support@podmate.ch from the email address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my PodMate account. We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your account: email address, password and display name
Your settings and your list of decks
All your saved games and stats

It's deleted straight away and can't be undone. Our hosting provider's backups may keep a copy for up to 7 days before it's gone for good. Nothing is kept after that.

ProMate

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a ProMate subscription. Cancel it in Google Play: Play Store app → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PodMate → Cancel.
